Really helpful & pleasant booking in with staff & able to freshen up in my room before meeting friends for cocktails (delicious) & food ( even more delicious) Service was impeccable & very knowledgeable Later more cocktails & dinner all lovely again

Great place to atay

Really clean and good value. The staff all friendly and welcoming. There is no reception but the next door pub, which is under same ownership, is truly worth a visit. Food and any assistance I needed all great.

Glorious hotel

This is the second time I have stayed here, in a different room but just as impressive. The room was large, almost like an apartment with a huge bath and shower and separate wc. The toiletries were very high quality and the room was equipped with a large comfortable bed, wardrobe, dressing table, tea, coffee, biscuits. It was beautifully presented.

Really lovely hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms with easy parking. The rooms are well stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. The hotel is self check in but there was a member of staff at the desk when we arrived. They send an email 24 hours before check in with your access code, however we didn't receive this on time due to a delay between them issuing the code and expedia sending this to us. They said this happens quite often so I'd recommend contacting them with your email address prior to check in if booking through expedia.

Absolutely amazing find. Beautiful building, easily accessible, very clean and well appointed room and pub next door great for food. Not overpriced like chain hotels and probably offering a better experience. Within walking distance of city centre too. Will definitely stay here again and be recommending to family and friends.
