Basic safe hotel, ideally located in Solihull. Very clean. Did not book breakfast so cannot comment on that. Packing is available on site at £10 per day. Electric vehicle charging also available at an additional cost.

Satisfactory stay

Negative Could improve... pillows were hollow. There wasn't much staff around and never anyone at the bar for drink orders. Could really do with a fridge in the room. Heating is controlled by the main control panel, so you can't raise it above 20 yourself. The bathroom was freezing as the radiator wasnt working. Positive Very clean. Quiet location. Lots of parking. Close to town. The staff were very polite and made alot of effort. They were attentive and nothing was too much to ask.
