Not clean
I expected the house to be at least clean. While the bedding and linens were clean, the house could use a good scrubbing! Top to bottom! I don’t think it’s been painted for a decade. It need painting desperately! The yard needs to be cleared of debris, raked and weeded. The door from the back of the carport opens right out to an open ditch at least 12ft strait down into the ditch. That door needs to be boarded up before someone falls into it! I can’t believe they are willing to absorb that kind of liability!

Great location, well stocked
We were extremely happy with our stay. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with basics, pots and pans, dining and cleaning supplies. Location was excellent. We were able to watch the go cart races from our front yard and easy walk to center of town. Only issue is mold around the water spigot and et ports of the main bathroom bath. Had to buy propane for the grill and the igniter button not working. Caretaker responded to our texts and calls quickly. Are hoping to stay here again.

We loved the location. However, the bathroom's were dirty. Bath 1, Mold around the tub, toilet and floor could have been cleaner. Bath 2, Shower stall could have been cleaner. The mat on the bottom of shower stall was disgusting.

It’s own parking and no stairs!
Very convenient and easily accessible, unlike many properties there. We have a Toyota Sequoia and it wouldn’t fit under the cover. Easy parking next door. No stairs a real plus for Bisbee. Had a little trouble with the lock, but manager came right away..very responsive. House was clean except bathroom trash not emptied and there was old coffee and the grounds in the pot. Didn’t need white noise machines, but we were there off season. Could be a problem if a busy time.

Cozy and close to everything
This home was a perfect family getaway! We enjoyed Bisbee and other near by towns. Location was perfect. The home had everything we needed. Two queen sized beds, lots of towels and extra blankets. Everything we needed in the kitchen- nice Keruig/coffee pods, plenty of dishes and utensils. Overall great stay out here in Bisbee, AZ!

Mouse house.
Mice infestation. Mouse droppings everywhere in the kitchen. Had to keep all food in a cooler. Needed to sanitize all surfaces before food prep. When we contacted the proper ppl. We're told we needed to provide proof even though they said they knew there was a problem. Wasn't very hard to supply ample photos.

Great Location!
Loved Bisbee ...so fun! We had a time getting into the house ,since the code had changed . The house could have been much cleaner, dirty windows a lot of dust. Kitchen was well stocked, and it had a washer/ dryer and dishwasher. Kitchen was huge! Bathrooms were large as well. One bed is too soft for me but the other is firm. TVs are great.

No hear; Bad beds.
The property had no hear that worked. We called the property manager 3 times but her mail box was full. On the forth try, he answered and sent a person who lit the pilot light. After he left, the pilot light went off again. We called and was promised repair but had to go to dinner. When we returned, no heat again. The beds were cheap and very uncomfortable.

We grew up near Bisbee but now live in Amarillo, TX. Our kids and grandkids live in Yuma. We met and spent the weekend together. Highly recommend this property for a mid to long term stay, or even for short stay if you enjoy cooking and staying in (which we do)! We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals in Bisbee over the years and, hands down, this one is the most well stocked. Pretty much everything you’d ever need in the kitchen. There’s a water dispenser with enough 5 gal bottles to last months, a dishwasher, full-sized stove and oven. Beyond the kitchen amenities, there’s also a full-sized washer and dryer, satellite tv, and a grill. The property is also very clean with excellent spaces for gathering. It even has its own parking space (a true rarity for Bisbee)!

We had an enjoyable stay st this quaint mountainside home that sits along the roadside close to several restaurants and a convenience store. The home is well stocked with amenities too. It's a short drive to attractions like the Copper Queen Mine and Tombstone.

This property was great. The home was perfect for our vacation. It is located right in town allowing for an easy walk into the historic city of Bisbee. Both beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with kitchen utensils for any meal preparation. Many restaurants, bakeries and shops all within walking distance. Plenty of parking available. The white noise machines were a useful touch. The front yard/ pour his was a great little spot to people watch and relax. We felt safe a secure at the house.

Our Bisbee stay
The layout of the house was excellent so that some people could play games While others watch TV, and with the bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. The kitchen was large and fully equipped including several mice. That was the only Downer of the experience. Had we been City people we would have been freaked out, but we dealt with it and kept absolutely nothing on the counters or the table when we weren't in the room. All in all it was fun and we would stay here again.

Decent location, lots of road noise. Dumpster located directly in front of the house.
Overall, our stay is always pleasant here in Bisbee! We don't necessarily visit just for the accommodations but instead love this historical town and all it's wonderful residents. The property is directly off the main road and backing out of the driveway can be slightly challenging, especially during the busy times of the day. The row of trees in front of the house obstructs the view of oncoming traffic. The main living area has enough seating for 17 people. Seems odd for a 2 bedroom house and definitely crowds the space. The amenities are nice and overall our stay was very comfortable. Note: There is a random iron on the table in the corner of the living room that was plugged in and was actually "HOT". I only discovered this while plugging in a phone charger and felt the heat radiating from the iron.

It was a place to stay
Floors were filthy, front bed was terribly uncomfortable, back shower was TINY and both shower heads were extremely low. At the end of the day it was a roof over our head but I wouldn’t stay there again. Disappointing to say the least.
