Benefiting from a dominant position, quiet and not overlooked, the villa consists, on the ground floor, of a large living space with living room and lounge, separate fully equipped kitchen, a pantry including an American refrigerator , a large freezer, and a washing machine.
the master bedroom opens onto the swimming pool and has a separate bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with sofa bed, TV lounge serves 4 beautiful bedrooms as well as a bathroom and separate WC.
Outside you will enjoy 2 terraces, one adjoining the kitchen equipped with a plancha facing a games area (pétanque, molkky) of the Tiki bar and its lounge and the other surrounding a heated 5x11 meter swimming pool from May 1 to September 30.
Come and relax with family or friends between the lake (900 m) and the ocean (7 km).
The current situation requires us to adopt serious hygiene (cleaning 200€)
