The history of the ALEXAR estates begins with a deep desire to discover the regions that are dear to us and which have marked our family's holidays.

We choose the name “Les domaine d’ALEXAR”, born from the contraction of the first names of our two sons, Alexandre and Arnaud, and honoring the strong family spirit that represents us.

After the Chalets du Golf in Biscarrosse, we opted for an environment close to the mountains, either in the magnificent village of Châtel in the heart of the mountains in one of the largest areas "Les Portes du Soleil" (more than 600km of slopes), in the Alps. Close to Switzerland (Montreux) and Lake Geneva (Evian and Thon-les-Bains). This chalet/Apartment offers an ideal location and welcomes you in a refined setting, designed by a Designer.

A true bubble of relaxation in the heart of the village of Châtel, the location allows you to enjoy both the tranquility and calm of the place as well as the numerous tourist activities. As a couple, with family or friends and invites you to live a special experience and create delicious memories.

Très belle maison !
Très jolie maison, confortable, proche du lac ! Les extérieurs sont très agréables, le jacuzzi et le sauna sont un vrais plus. Mais le voisinage est beaucoup trop exigeant sur le bruit... Plus aucun bruit souhaité après 22h et nous avons même eu une plainte pour du bruit dans la piscine à 17h. Si vous souhaitez passer des vacances calme et reposante, cette maison est parfaite et je vous la recommande vivement, par contre si vous partez entre amis, n'espérez pas pouvoir faire la fête le soir après 22h. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine malgré tout mais cela nous a posé problème quelques soirs et nous aurions aimé avoir cette information avant de louer la maison.
