A stone's throw from the ocean beaches, we offer you in a residence with collective swimming pool (open during the summer period), a small semi-detached house of 45 m². Ideal for a stay of a week or more with family or friends to take surf lessons or relax on the beach. The house consists of a living room with its TV corner (No WIFI, possibility to rent a box) and its dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen (hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, grill and dishwasher ), a bedroom with a 160 cm bed for two people, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet for more comfort. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 160 cm bed for two people and on the mezzanine an alcove with 2 bunk beds offering two additional beds. Complete baby equipment is included in the rental (baby bed, booster seat, bathtub, safety barriers, etc.) A terrace is at your disposal to enjoy your meals or cocktails. A private parking space completes the services. You park when you arrive and you can, if you wish, do everything on foot or by bike during your stay, perfect for enjoying the restaurants with your feet in the sand, our cycle paths and other special places in our region. A sunny vacation is waiting for you!

Schöne Strandferien mit allen Möglichkeiten für Wassersport. Sympathische Leute und nette Bedienung.
Kurzer Weg zu Fuss zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Umgebung, Strand und das Wasser sind sehr sauber. Mehrheitlich Einheimische statt Touristen. Sehr gute Möglichkeiten zum Surfen und Kit- Surfen, auch diverse Surfschulen. Der nördliche See bei Biscarosse plage ist ein Juwel und sehr schön zum Baden mit Pinien am Ufer, die Schatten spenden. Die Wassertemperatur vom See ist angenehm warm. Wir können die Destination nur empfehlen!

Schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Großer Swimmingpool direkt um die Ecke. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 Meter.

Location idéalement placée: plage à pieds et commerces tout proches. La voiture est inutile sur place! Nous étions 4 donc nous avions de la place. Seul l’extérieur de la location n’est pas terrible: petite terrasse sans charme avec vue sur les voitures.

Bon appart de location estivale
Tout était bien. Seuls bémols : - pas de vrai four (seulement micro-onde) - faible de pression d'eau (plus du tout lorsque le Lave Vaisselle/Linge ou le temps que la cuvette des toilettes se remplissent. Problème confié au gestionnaire et qui devrait être réparé pour les prochaines locs.
