This is no more than a two-star Motel. The floors were in such bad shape that we had gaps between them plank wood some graffiti on the inside of the door bathroom in general very cheap and super loud noisy to air conditioning unit

The front office staff was very friendly and helpful they accommodated us with a down stairs room with parking right at our door my son had hip surgery 1 week before our trip they made sure we were taken csre of and he was comfortable during our stay . I highly recommend this hotel we will be definitely coming back to stay soon .

Utilitarian at best. The limited amenities, though, were offset by friendly and attentive staff. Though not an unpleasant stay, it did little to mark Bishop as an attractive destination.

Fantastic Service!
The front desk person was so nice. Originally she gave us a second floor room at first but due to my knee replacements I have a hard time doing the stairs. So she was nice enough-to switch or rooms to first floor rooms.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly but they were very dismissive. Soon after getting settled we had ants all over our bathroom and crawling across the bed. No food had been eaten by us at this point we moved rooms and the ants were even worse, all over our possessions within a few hours. The staff did not seem bothered and did not offer any help but to notify maintenance after we left. Upon seeing previous reviews the ant problem has not been a one time occurrence. I feel like for the price of the hotel, we should have been offered a discount or voucher for future stays.

Nice to be off the main highway with easy access to some of Bishop on foot. The property has seen better days despite some attempts at renovations — for instance the linoleum floor tiles are lifting off the floor. Staff friendly but property is overall just average. I expected a better experience for the price given there are far cheaper options in town.
