The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly but they were very dismissive. Soon after getting settled we had ants all over our bathroom and crawling across the bed. No food had been eaten by us at this point we moved rooms and the ants were even worse, all over our possessions within a few hours. The staff did not seem bothered and did not offer any help but to notify maintenance after we left. Upon seeing previous reviews the ant problem has not been a one time occurrence. I feel like for the price of the hotel, we should have been offered a discount or voucher for future stays.

We have stay here before and it was ok. This time the coffee maker in room didn't work and coffee in lobby was cold. The clerk was not very helpful. The room was run down.

The room was clean with basic amenities. For the price it was a good place to stay. The breakfast was very basic, but fine. Front desk was friendly and helpful. it was very convenient to Hiway 395.

Booked two rooms. One had dog hair all over the floor and bed including furniture, room smelled like dog the moment we open the door. Overall disgusting and needed to change rooms. Room 2 everything look good at first but after we moved our luggage inside we then realized the television was not working. Ask the incharge that night and said to speak to the manager the next day. Seriously! We only book the room for one night. The next day I spoke to the manager and he said the tv works lol. I know how to work the television and explain to him that the cable behind the tv is loose and wires are sticking out. He said he couldn’t do any discounts since it’s a third party, never ask for a discount. This hotel is the worst experience. Recommend staying across the street at the holiday inn for $20 more which includes an indoor pool for family and kids. I never write bad reviews but felt like I needed to for the experience our family had. Im sure these rooms had ticks since I woke up with bites on my arms and legs.

Lots and lots of ants inside the rooms. I stayed there last summer and dealt with the same issue. I had to beg the front desk for a basic ant trap for my room. This was frustrating and bugs freak me out! Don’t think we will stay there anymore to be honest. Sad because the location is great!
