Fantastic Service!
The front desk person was so nice. Originally she gave us a second floor room at first but due to my knee replacements I have a hard time doing the stairs. So she was nice enough-to switch or rooms to first floor rooms.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly but they were very dismissive. Soon after getting settled we had ants all over our bathroom and crawling across the bed. No food had been eaten by us at this point we moved rooms and the ants were even worse, all over our possessions within a few hours. The staff did not seem bothered and did not offer any help but to notify maintenance after we left. Upon seeing previous reviews the ant problem has not been a one time occurrence. I feel like for the price of the hotel, we should have been offered a discount or voucher for future stays.

Nice to be off the main highway with easy access to some of Bishop on foot. The property has seen better days despite some attempts at renovations — for instance the linoleum floor tiles are lifting off the floor. Staff friendly but property is overall just average. I expected a better experience for the price given there are far cheaper options in town.

Large hole in ceiling, with light fixture hanging out of it. Sink leaked all night suturing counter and everything on it including cell phone, and saturated floor creating an unsafe slippery floor. Ants all over the sink counter and floor.

We have stay here before and it was ok. This time the coffee maker in room didn't work and coffee in lobby was cold. The clerk was not very helpful. The room was run down.

The room was clean and comfortable. Also great location to restaurants. Our TV's channel guide didn't have the programs listed otherwise nice hotel.

Bed was v comfortable. After that it went downhill The A/C was LOUD but it did drown out the floor squeaking and thumping overhead and the toilet that ran periodically Sleep quality was poor There was a hole in the ceiling drywall. Other repairs to doors etc looked like a 10 year old made them. Seemed clean but it is an elderly motel with no real up grades beyond a led tv and a good mattress. Avoid
