Found random pills in the room on the floor. When brought up to front desk the lady shurgged and threw them away. Then there were 2 boys being very unsafe rude and very disrespectful in the pool. Climbing up the slide jumping off the slide towards the middlesh. When broughy up to a different front desk lady once again. It all got shurgged off. The ladies at the front desk were not professional by any means. Not even a sorry or anything. I asked what could be done to correct it and was told absolutely nothing. Asked if we could change rooms after finding random pills and got told she could not authorize a room change. I would not recommend going to stay at this hotel.

This hotel is run down and filthy. We had a college rodeo in town and figured because they had a water slide it was worth paying a little extra for that amenity. The lobby was not horrible, but definitely could use cleaning and updates. Once I received my room key I went to locate the room. All of the halls were disgusting. Not only completely stained carpet, they looked as though they have never been vacuumed. There was garbage and even a rotten molded over fruit cup in the hall. A once exit door at the end of the hall was boarded up. The pool area was not pretty gross and not maintained. Mold and mildew on the walls. Rust and scum on the water slides and pool structures. The women’s bathroom was out of order. When we arrived in our room it smelled like a hospital, but not in a clean or sanitized way. There was debris in the floor throughout our room and dog hair all over the bed. The lack of cleanliness is apparent and the hotel is extremely rundown and in disrepair. We were in need of dinner and went to their restaurant and that was the same as the rest of the hotel. No one greeted us while we waited and so we ended up leaving and going elsewhere. After 1 days we left because it was gross and we couldn’t comfortably stay another 2 night and got a room at a hotel nearby.

Carpets filthy, staff did not care, frig broken, tub cracked in many places, no drain plug and water backed up, bathroom door splattered w paint, dirty floors and rugs in room, paper coffee cups not in plastic. 2 towel sets for a 2 queen bed room. No smoking but smelled cigarette and pot in the hallways. Elevator smells hot and woodwork is bad everywhere. Just not kept up. Dirty place. Definitely skipped the breakfast. Will not return or recommend.

Shabby and tired. Quieter than I expected, despite tons of cars in the parking lot. Wife discovered a bunch of garbage in one of the cans upon arrival, and we got moved to another room (staff was actually quite nice and responsive for this). Found a big hairball on the floor. Bed was pretty good. Lots of what seemed to be rather trashy people around; sizable groups smoking outside the doors. Found clothing/swimsuits lying around in multiple public bathrooms; weird. Breakfast was marginal; juice machine was out of order.
