I am overall very happy with my stay. The staff are wonderful. I had THE BEST people the Front Desk staff, kitchen staff, maintenance staff were all patient, helpful, and especially kind with my grandkids. Some investment in repairs would certainly be a sound investment.

Loved the pools and hot tubs. Staff great with accomodating our group needs, especially when temp and rain drove our park picnic back to the hotel. Were able to switch our room so we had a pull out couch for kids. Worn and needs work, crazy maze with add ons etc.

The entire area was filthy with garbage littered everywhere. The halls looked like they had not been vacuumed in a month. My toilet had “skid” marks from the prior customer. There was black, long hair on the bathroom floor. The carpet was coming up and was damp. I figured out that the toilet had likely overflowed as it did not flush well. Worst hotel stay ever. Was the sheets changed?
There were some dirt pieces in our clean bed I noticed that went the whole length of the bed. They were flat pieces that were small and looked like dirt from one’s fingers or toenails. Pool was very cold. The rest was fine.
