Carpets were filthy, missing drain stop in sink, garbage under beds, stick residue on night stand. It was disgusting. Front desk uses and antiquated, hard copy booking system for rooms. They were not even sure if the room we booked was still available and had to check it in person first before giving us keys.

Checked in and was asked if I had any pets with me I told the lady no and that I had Allergies to dogs and cats. She said well that good so we will not put you in a room that had dogs in it before. Than she tell me that they will take a hundred dollars off for incidental so I agree. Well they put me in a hall way where all the pet oweners are staying.I walking in and struggling to get to my room as these other guest are walking there dogs in the hallway next to my room to get to their rooms.Dogs barking all evening locked in rooms. I had no choice but to go by these dogs to get to my room. Oh my allergies were inflamed and I had to suffer watering eyes, swelling weezing to breath no allergies pill with me. Than I find out they took more that a hundred dollars off my card. Which I didn't expect.

We understand there are rooms specific for people with pets, but I wish they had different rooms according to the type of pets people have. We have a service dog and she’s a Maltese, does not shed hair and she is well behaved of course. Our room had a strong odor, and it was humid. We had to open the windows which had no screens, in hopes of getting rid of some of the smell. The smoke smell by the entrance around the back was awful, and there were cigarette buts all over the ground, they had cut the grass but never used a blower to clean anything. We had some people from the staff at 8 in the morning talking in front of our door while we were trying to get a little extra sleep (we have kids too), they were sitting on the floor just chilling and talking, almost as if they were expecting us to get up and leave the room for them to clean. This is probably the second worst hotel we have stayed at before (we’ve stayed in many different one across the US). The pool had a strong chlorine smell and there are visible rusted pipes/metal under the slide that goes down into the pool. The kids had fun at less (which kid wouldn’t right?) but it definitely needs to have some serious or major updates. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to have a clean room and to have some sleep-ins in the morning. The staff was nice, which is why I still give it 2 stars, because had they been the opposite, it would’ve been just 1. Sorry, I’m not a picky person and hate to do bad reviews

Probably the last time I’ll stay here! First at check in found out a roll away bed costs $25 and that doesn’t include pillows! Then found out it’s $50 a night now for a pet! I’ve never paid $50 pet fee! Then the heater/ac in room went off every 5 min and sounded like a freight train was coming through our room!! Definitely wasn’t working! So got no sleep! In pool area kids were using the emergency life floaters so obviously pool camerast aren’t watched or they just don’t care what people do! Glad there wasn’t an emergency! Total stay was $175 and definitely could have went to ALOT nicer hotel for that price!!! Definitely won’t be back!!!

The room was hazardous. There is black mold in the room. Wall paper falling off of the walls. Mold around the windows. The caulking around the shower and tub was moldy. I really like this hotel and this was not a good room. It should not be used. Left a day early for my babies safety. After finding mold we could not stay. The website also states that there's a restaurant. The restaurant is closed!!!
