Property looks like the inside has recently been refurbished, however it looks like it hasnt been cleaned in goodness knows how long and they definitely havent kept up with the maintenance. All of the screws were either loose or fallen out of door handles. Bedroom window did not shut stained bedding and towels.I certainly wouldnt want to go back again.

We booked this accomodation 6 weeks ago for a weekend away fri-sunday,on arrival we struggled to empty car as it is resident parking only and the property is on a traffic junction,the property itself is perfect for anything and everything you want to do in Blackpool,3mins from beach the shops Sainsbury's right opposite just perfect! The accomodation another thing, it advertised as luxury or superior with a hot tub jacuzzi bath,which it has right there in a small space along with a 2seater couch,/settee so uncomfortable and cramped,there was also a table with 4 wooden stools, great for eating but not relaxing, the couple we came with decided to go home,we stayed along with our dog for the night, it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever stayed in,I the bathroom is lovely the kitchen is adequate but filthy I had to wash all utensils before I used, the star of the show the hot tub jacuzzi didn't work and most of the plug sockets was losses,the head board was loose the kitchen door hinge was hanging off the bathroom door lock was hanging off the bedroom was a bed with a basic stand with coat hangers,this is deffo not luxury or superior,but as mentioned the location is great for a younger person couple or friends get together etc, not suitable for elderly or very young as the 3 lots of stairs are very steep so anyone with respiratory problems will struggle! We decided to go home on the Saturday as couldn't face the mattress for a 2nd night

Couldn't check in till 4pm and had to check out at 10am. Couldn't get the hot water to work the first night. sorted it for the second night and managed to work out how to use the jacuzzi, which our grandson loved. Stair light kept going on and off all the time. Nice kitchen and bathroom, only 1 toilet roll though ? One of the beds was very uncomfortable and so was the sofa bed to sit on. No full length mirror But we had a good time thank you

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and had no duvet cover or sheets the spa bath was nothing like pic just a small spa bath the eletric kept tripping of kitchen light but was worth the money kids loved it nice big tv internet worked everything you needed in kitchen would recomend

It wasn’t bad but definitely not luxury. No mirror to dry hair, uncomfortable beds/pillows. Old stained bedding. Noisy. Steep stairs and heavy dangerous doors. Rubbish strewn all over front yard. Very dirty windows. Dog barking next door all night. Only 2 cups for tea/coffee and plastic cheap glasses for drinks. We asked for a late checkout but the electricity was turned off without warning at 10am.

Not luxury like described ground flood room blinds dont go all the way down so everyone can see in your bedroom as it’s at the front. These are not apartments it’s practically a house converted into bedsits cleaning was bad floors not mopped bathroom not clean jacuzzi bath didn’t work. The property as you walk in looks like a building work is taking place doesn’t feel very secure I left after the first night tv also wouldn’t work with wifi bedding smelt dirty and very old. Definitely wont be. Booking again

I thought property itself was very nice. Perfect location with a small shop at a few doors away and a Sainsburys Store a 3 minute walk across the road. It was let down by the bed which was rather uncomfortable (the bases didnt match and matress was broken and lumpy). The shiwer head in the bathroom we had to hold above our heads as holder was broken. The cutlery on the table which looked nice was all dirty, i went to make a hot drink and all 3 mugs had coffee stains in them and i found a hair on the dirty plates in the cupboard.

My stay was great but I received a parking ticket for parking outside the apartment I’m very disappointed I paid few hundred to stay for weekend and then got a fine for parking outside the apartment someone needs to contact me because this ain’t right I let a note in the window of my car and still received a ticket I wasn’t offered a permit or anything
