A very tired room with many stains on walls. Carpets felt very dirty. No tea cups or drink making facilities. Bed was very poor. A lot of noise. Hardly any sleep. Checked out at 2:00 a.m. this morning

The room had the sun on it all day and therefore was really warm. As the windows opened only a short way, it was so hot all night. There was no air conditioning in the room. It really was like sleeping in an oven and then as the windows were open, people kept returning to the hotel loudly which kept waking us and our child up.

Key card kept not working, every time I went in the room had to go to reception Window on room broken so was hot and stuffy Fire alarm randomly went off at 7:45am Signs everywhere saying soft drinks available at reception but they had nothing

The hotel is more palatable than the breakfast!
You get what you pay for this hotel. I think it was formally a Hilton hotel, as you can tell it was quite grand back in its day, there are bits of it that are a little tired but at the end of the day for me, it’s just a bed. As ever you get the option for breakfast, personally I would avoid this like the plague. It’s a buffet style breakfast, were the only things that I found edible was the toast that I made myself! The sausages just tasted odd, scrambled egg was marginally powerful , the hashbrowns were not just overcooked, they were chewy, which means they must’ve been there for awhile. If you do have to suffer a coffee there from the machine, You might want to take one of the small sachets of coffee to actually make it taste like coffee. I’d stay at the hotel again, just not eat there.

The food was inedible the bed was like sleeping on rocks it squeeze evertime you moved pool was closed there was no entertainment staff were rude and would rather talk to themselves than guests wow

To take 35 minutes to check in is not acceptable. The mattress in the room was the most thin and uncomfortable I have ever slept on.

Totally acceptable
The hotel was fine inside but quite untidy outside. We waited over an hour to check in but once that was done I have no real complaints and would stay there again.
