A quick stay, but we had what we needed…
The townhome was easily accessed and very central to where we needed to be each day. The place was clean, and as described, although we do wish we had known that the single bathroom was on the second floor (our bad), with a steep staircase. We are older, so we should have paid more attention and asked questions. All in all, it was just what we needed. The owners were very attentive. It’s all good.

Great weekend at VA Tech.
The townhouse was cute and was a perfect place to relax for the weekend. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The host was quick to respond. Great stay!

Great place right near campus!
Wonderful place right near campus and right next to bus stop. We were here for my son's graduation and this place was just perfect for a weekend full of campus activity. Very close to Main Street and restaurants and being right on the Hokie bus route made it easy to get around without having to drive.

Dirtiest rental ever- really affected our stay.
I contacted the owner/host and was told that his mom was the cleaner and would come the next day to clean. We were only there for another day- but this would have helped. It didn’t happen. I also contacted vrbo customer service and was told that he would contact the host about cleaning. No result. I made photos. The kitchen was filthy. The counters, stove, sinks, microwave, toaster, small oven and the dish drain mat all had dried food particles all over them. Even the refrigerator needed cleaning. The living room sofa was covered in white dog hair and the cushions obviously had not been vacuumed in a long time. The bathroom sink and handles had smears of soil. The shower stall had a dark scum on the drain. The bedrooms were fine . I paid money for this? This is an outrage. I deserve a response and a refund. VRBO customer service has yet to assist.

Perfect Hokie Townhouse
We came down to visit our Hokie and enjoy a football game. Townhouse was really clean, super cute decor and really cozy. Everything we needed and more. Hope to be back soon!
