The hotel was very busy. Breakfast was a challenge. There were no forks, no bowls or large plates. They did keep up with food and hot coffee but it was a challenge eating it.

The pool is in poor condition… The railing was not secured when going down into the pool. It is broken and moves in different directions, the place where this broken part is sharp and rusty. It is not safe, especially for children

Not happy at all that there is no breakfast in the morning, just grab bags. Hard to feed a family of five on that. The pictures of the breakfast was one of the reasons we chose this location. With it being Christmas there's already going to be very limited dining, having no breakfast just makes it more difficult!
