The hotel clerk that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The evening clerk didn't even look at us when we came in. Our shower had a broken shelf but the room and facility was nice otherwise.

Nice stay.
Hotel was quiet, clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Other guests seemed satisfied. Will definitely consider same hotel on next trip to the area.

Perfect hotel on a smaller quiet town. Only issue was that there had been flooding in the area so you could not drink the water. No coffee in the morning ☹️. But that was not their fault. Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel was fantastic. Super clean and the atmosphere was great. Checking in was easy except- they told me there was a $100 security deposit on top of what I already paid. That’s fine and I know that’s normal sometimes. However, the associate that checked me in said that it wouldn't even charge my card. Not a big deal. Well, it did charge my card. The next day when I checked out, I asked a different associate how long it would take to get my deposit back and she said it would immediately go back after she processed my check out. It did not go back and I’m still waiting as it’s still pending 4 business days later. That was 100 dollars I did not allot for my trip. I’ve spoken to IGH as to when I can expect it back, and it’s actually 7-10 business days. Please don’t give false information to your guests! $100 is actually a lot to some people and now I’m short on my finances.

Check in was easy as always and the receptionist was personable for a change. Our room was clean, breakfast was good and the receptionist at check out was giving tips to other guests where to check out in the area for kid fun. She was had a kind and bubbly voice and sense to her. This was one of our best stays at IHG over the last 2wks and 4 locations. Keep your great employees, they make the difference!

Our room had a pull out sofa bed, but there were NO LINENS OR BLANKETS for the bed in the closet or room. It was a big hassle to go downstairs wait for staff to come back to the desk and then request the linens for the pull out bed that should already have been there.

Smaller Holiday Inn Express in a tiny town with practically zero restaurant options. As a matter of fact, upon registering and asking the staff where a good place to eat dinner was, I was answered with a " Well, not much", Luckily, the hometown restaurant turned out to be really good. The hotel was super clean and breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
