Located 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, Blairsville, and Murphy NC, well situated to explore all the amenities North Georgia has to offer. Bring whole families - Highland Haven was renovated with families in mind, with a fabulous custom bunk-bed setup complete with kids area, high chair, crib, changing table, basinet, and pack-n-play combo. This is a real log cabin Lodge. Vaulted Ceilings all-around the upstairs and main floor, with exposed beams throughout, and most bedrooms have a fabulous mountain view. Cook a gourmet meal in our fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances! Check out the wildlife that inhabit your backyard and listen to the voice of nature from the top of a mountain! Some starter towels, toilet paper, bath & kitchen linens, bath towels and paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided for your use.

Outdoor Doorbell Camera - We have one doorbell camera that faces the street at the front door of the cabin. This is to facilitate communication with cleaning crews, deliveries, and we have a second camera pointed at the trash cans to monitor trash pickup. It also helps us enforce our 'NO PARTIES' house rule. There are NO monitoring devices inside the cabin. We have Nest Smoke/CO detectors on each floor of the cabin to monitor for Smoke and Carbon Monoxide.

Wonderful Stay
Stayed here for a guys weekend and had a great time. Our group had 8 adults, and everyone had their own bed (if you include bunk beds), so there is plenty of sleeping space. We also had quite a few cars, and there was enough space in the driveway and the gravel area along the road for us all to park. The view from the back porch is great, especially at sunset. Fall weekends in the South means football, and we had TV's going in both the main family room as well as in the "Football Room" between the kitchen and the screened-in porch. We also took advantage of the nice kitchen and the gas grill on the deck to cook all of our meals. At night, we hung out in the fire pit area and gazed up at the night sky. There is also a ping pong/pool table, a hot tub, etc. to enjoy. On our last day there, we took a short (25 minutes) drive into Murphy, NC to check out the Harrah's casino. Great way to end the trip. All in all, this is a very nice cabin with very responsive and helpful owners. Everyone in our group had a great time, and we'd definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Extended family summer getaway
Three generations of our family gathered to relax and enjoy the beautiful area around Blairsville. The cabin was larger and more comfortable than we ever had hoped for! The small kids had the best time gathering sticks for campfires, playing tag and hide and seek around the house and playing upstairs and down whenever we were there. The big kids and adults were able to relax and enjoy the hot tub, pool/ping pong table and the gorgeous scenery. The kitchen was very well appointed and grill was great! We had several big family meals around the table. We enjoyed EVERY minute of our stay and will definitely book again.

Absolutely loved everything about this home, my family and I didn’t want to leave. They had everything you could need so that we could just enjoy making memories together. The entire home was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved that there was plenty of toys for kids of all ages. The view on the back porch was breathtaking and so peaceful to sit outside and have a cup of coffee enjoying the view. Not a single thing I would change or could be improved. Hoping to come back soon and make more memories with my family!

Golf weekend in the mountains

Beautiful getaway
My sister's held their annual retreat here and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub was relaxing and the back porch/views were serene. The cabin had exactly what you need for a great getaway and a quiet neighborhood to soothe your every nerve. There were some plumbing issues that happened the first night but nothing catastrophic and the owners did their best to address them quickly. The cabin could use a deep clean but was overall very tidy! They provided lots of blankets for lots of snuggling on those cool days and nights! The cabin is spacious and beautiful and you can't beat the price! Very close to stores and shops if you need anything.

Amazing family vacation
This cabin was so beautiful with the prettiest view. The owners were so helpful and accommodating. There were so many toys and fun things for our little kids to do. Everything was so clean. The cabin was stocked with almost everything you need, so many blankets, towels, extra pillows, an abundance of kitchen items. This was an amazing vacation for me and my family.

Heavenly Mountain Views
This home is perfect for large groups and multiple families due to the size of the home with bedrooms located on 3 different floors. The location was convenient to wineries, hiking trails, and water activities. The oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer were all out due to a severe electrical storm that hit prior to our stay. The host was quick to communicate with us, send out a service man, and promise a small refund for our inconvenience. Despite the lack of use of these appliances the house was enjoyed by all. The mountain views are heavenly. This home will not disappoint.
