Machines were very tight. Nobody was winning. Music in the lobby was WAY too loud the security, valet and check in people had to shout to speak to people. The smoking section was FILTHY cigarette ashes, dirty ashtrays and empty beverages and cups were all over many machines. The main non smoking area was cleaner but did not see one person cleaning the entire 2 hours we were there
