At the time of our stay the hotels ac system had failed, while an option of a fan was offered it I would have expected the hotel to inform you before checking in. Ultimately we ended up checking out early as the heat was unbearable. The room itself definitely needed further cleaning there was quite a few hairs throughout our room and the ac system unit was very dusty. Still waiting for a reply from the GM about a partial refund for the second night we couldn’t stay due to the maintenance issue. My advice would be to stay elsewhere there are property’s which are better value for $.

Fantastic Hotel. Room was spacious and has everything you need and more. Restuarant was fantastic, delicious meals which were well presented with a great range on the menu. Will definitely stay again.
