Who has a 14 day “no cancellation” policy?
This hotel had a “no cancelations within 14 days of your stay” policy on Hotels.com that I failed to notice until the 5th day in. Despite being a Gold member with Hotels.com AND a Hilton Honors member, Trent the nanager would not let me out of it. 9 days prior to my stay, I was stuck and at a much higher rate than if I hadn’t booked it in advance. I’ve stayed here on business several times too. Trent, I hope you made your quota or whatever off of my stay because I will never stay here again!
