It's a 3 minute walk to Coffee Hound and Green Top Grocery, a 10 minute walk to the Castle Theater, and a short 5 minute drive to ISU, IWU, Downtown Bloomington, State Farm, Country Financial, and Growmark. This 2 bed 1 1/2 bath duplex has everything you'll need and is situated between all major Bloomington-Normal locations. Located near Downtown Bloomington, next to Bloomington's historic district and just off the Constitution Trail.

Close to ISU
We came to visit our daughter who is attending ISU. The property is clean. Beds were comfortable. It is in the historic district and close to most the main places to go in the area. Everything was as was stated in the description.
