Perfect stop, will def go again!
I highly recommend this hotel. We stopped to break up our 12 hour drive and I am so glad we did. The hotel is undergoing construction and renovations but it was not too disruptive and all the staff we encountered were super friendly and welcoming. Our newly renovated room was big and very clean. The pool area was super clean and the kids had a great time. Breakfast in the am was perfect! There were so many choices and the staff were there to help you find anything you may have needed or wanted. The hotel was in a great location with a lot of restaurants nearby and the cutest town to explore!

We stayed on our way to Michigan. The hotel was just recently remodeled. They did a nice job. The place was clean and orderly. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good to start the day.

Clean fresh Hampton Inn and while just off the highway it felt quiet and peaceful. Staff were wonderful and gave us recommendations for dinner close by. We were there as the remnants of a hurricane were approaching, yet every staff we encountered was friendly, kind and cheerful.

Great stay
When we arrived there was no power and the staff were amazing. They gave us bottles of water and one of them carried my parents bags up the stairs. All staff members were nice and welcoming.

We found a bug in the bed so that wasn’t the worst of it the way we were being treated like it was not a big was mind blowing but as another guest was checking in he heard the worker say I hope there’s bugs in the next room and he preceded to tell her how rude she was the whole thing was handled so unprofessional it was just such an unpleasant unprofessional uncomfortable situation

The staff was great however the price should have been reduced due to the construction going on on the entire property we should not have had to request that the rate been reduced from 229 to 179 we would return in the future when the construction is complete

I originally called to see if they had rooms. The kind woman I spoke to said yes, they had 30 available. When I got there they had given my room away to another party that wanted a new room after finding a stink bug in their bed. GLENDA one of the receptionists then joked about it and under her breath said “there’s going to be bugs in the new one too” and chuckled. It was so rude even her coworker said it was incredibly rude. ALSO, this hotel is being remodeled. Expedia did a great job hiding that detail! The hotel employee never told me it was under construction either and I paid over $200 for one night of this. Unsatisfactory is an understatement.
