overall, very good stayed there in June. The ice machine on the first floor was broken came back in October and it’s still broken stuff like that should be taken care of.

I’ve been coming here since 1991 but I’m done! Floor needed swept, card reader (door lock) was failing and I was the last room on my end (229). Housekeeping staff started slamming doors next and across from us at 7 both days! Not a “dump” yet, but getting close! So very sad as I have stayed here for over 30 YEARS!!! Plus, it’s a very busy place, 5 stories! Maybe get the 2nd elevator fixed! It’s been out since June at least.

Room was dirty. Tv didn’t work and could not be fixed. Started to put clothes in the dresser but there was food sprinkles in it. Bathroom was dirty. Blood spot on the turned down part of the sheet. Breakfast not long enough. Staff was very nice though.

Room was loud. We could hear every time someone opened a door in the hallway. Bed had a comfortable mattress but bed frame made creaking noise when you moved. The pillows were flat and lumpy. Room was clean although a previous guest left a wrapped up burrito in the freezer that was not removed. Breakfast was a disappointment. 3 out of 4 coffee urns were empty at 7:30. No OJ. No yogurt. A few old apples in a bin. The make-your-own waffle was good.
