Take in the shimmering waters and watch the boats go by while you sip your morning coffee on your deck. Enjoy an easy walk to the pool (open mid May - Sep) and hot tub (open until early December), and even take a boat out on the water. This private "beach house-themed" cottage is a part of Happy Hollow Resort, allowing you to enjoy full resort amenities at a value price without the hustle & bustle of Branson, yet only a 25 minutes drive to the Branson Strip.

Kids (and you) will love the pool and play area a few steps away, along with the many other activities including a large dock to swim or fish from. Relax on lakefront swing benches as you walk the shoreline. Spend the evenings at the firepit out your back door as the day winds down.

The cottage offers a private bedroom with queen bed and dresser storage, an open full kitchen well stocked with cooking needs, another full-size (double) bed in the corner of the den/main room, recliner and sleeper sofa loveseat, eat-in table for 4 and kitchen bar, two TVs with 250+ satellite channels, and comfortable high quality linens & bedding. The bathroom is well-sized with toiletries and linens provided.

A gift shop/resort office is on site for ice, ice cream, sodas, bait or additional needs or suggestions. Rent a boat slip here at the dock if you have a boat, or get set up on your own boat rental! (Please notify owner in advance if needing a slip or interested in boat rentals.)

Your reservation allows you access to renting a pontoon or fishing boat - rented separately on site -- for only $250-$375 for 4 hours (full day rates available too). The resort has two 200 HP Sports pontoons (Tritoons) seating 12-14 persons, as well as a fishing pontoon and bass tracker fishing boat.

Boat rental reservations can be made after your booking and reservation agreement is confirmed. Rentals require a driver with valid drivers license, insurance, and if born in 1984 or after a boater safety certificate from their state. Rental agreement signed on site with walk-thru instructions from the resort office. Lifejackets supplied.

The location is perfect - just a 12 minute drive to I 65 that takes you right to restaurants, shows and Branson activities, such as the Branson Landing, Or rive 20 minutes the other way and enjoy nature walks/rides at Dogwood Canyon. If Silver Dollar City is a part of your plans, the drive is just 45 minutes taking you across the Table Rock Lake Dam to Indian Point.
