Service was good. Arrived almost two hours early, not really planning to check in then, and the front desk accommodated us to allow early check in.

Im not sure if the error was on expedia’s end or the hotel(pretty sure it was expedia) but the room I booked was not the room given. Be careful, don’t go by the pictures. The heat/ac was broken so the fan had no ability to stay on. There was no other fan so the air was dead still. There were only two drawers for storage in a room with 2 king beds. We had to live out of our suitcases for the entire time. The noise was insane, which isn’t a crazy deal, but the hotel clerks went straight to wanting to kick people out for minor infractions so we didn’t push the point. No reason to ruin someone’s trip because they are a little noisy, especially in the daytime. The shower curtain rod was broken. The only staff member that was courteous was Ashley, she was delightful, the gentleman that work there are very rude. We ended up leaving 2 days early and had to eat the cost of the 2 nights. We just wanted out.

Clerk was friendly, prices were very reasonable for the area. Was on a motorcycle, and clerk offered to let me park it under the main entrance so it was out of the elements and was visible. Highly recommend, wil stay again on the next trip 👌

We couldn't get WIFI connection. Was moved from 3rd to 1st floor and even then connectivity was inconsistent. Showerhead was on a blast setting and we were unable to adjust it (head was stuck.)
