"Beautiful place with fabulous views. We rented for a family funeral. Had more than enough space to host a get together for family (about 25 people). Hosts were flexible about giving us an extra hour to get packed up. "

"This is a wonderful hidden gem in Groton. I stayed here with the whole family and everyone had a great time. The location right on the water is awesome with amazing views from sunrise to sunset. It's a quick drive into Mystic, Stonington, or Goton for all the attractions. We were able to walk to Noank for some great fried seafood at Abbots and to Eskers beach for a quick dip. Lots of indoor and outdoor space to hang out. We loved relaxing around the firepit after the kids went to bed. The place is quiet and beds were comfortable so we all slept well. Kitchens were well stocked for making group meals. BBQ worked great for when we cooked dinner. Overall we had a wonderful time. Dave was an awesome host and super responsive. Can't wait to come back next year!"
