Located in the charming village of Bluffy, on the west side of Annecy's lake, beautiful panoramic views on the mountains, the village and the lake.
You have 125 m2 at your disposal with 3 bedrooms, 1 living-room, 1 fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 private terrace and 1 pool which is shared.

Menthon-Saint-Bernard at 1 km: all shops and services, easy access by foot or bike or car.
* Train station ( SNCF) at 12km in Annecy and then possibility to have bus services.

A very good accommodation for vacations with family or friends. The apartment is located a few minutes away by car from Annecy's city centre but also from ski stations such as: la Clusaz, le Grand-Bornand.
