Nice staff, room was clean but was missing some items in the bathroom. The knob in the tub to turn on the shower was broke also.

Very helpful staff…it was really hot outside and she showed me where to conveniently fill my gallon jug with water, and gave me complimentary, high quality toothbrush & toothpaste to replace ones I’d forgotten. Included breakfast was great…fresh fruit and yogurt were nice additions.

Two items to improve: Add Electronic Vehicle charging/parking. Ask the city to improve the main roads leading up to the property, they are very bad, with numerous potholes. The morning breakfast is great! The pancake maker is a great touch, and the bacon is delicious. I like that the pool is now open! It’s an amazing amenity during the summer!

So clean and new. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good sausage the way I like and little omelets were tasty. Large and comfortable. We arrived very late at 1:30 am but reception clerk was very friendly, Oh, the little warm cinnamon rolls were delicious! Free breakfast!

No water cups in our room. When I asked the desk attendant for some, she continued focusing on her phone after telling me to open the kitchen to help myself. She treated my husbabd the same way. We had come in late after driving for over 10 hours. The shade in our room wouldn't open. Very different from our other HIX experiences. Mattress less comfortable than at most HIX.

There was a large group of people on the same floor as our room, they were in multiple rooms on the floor, and people were going back and forth between rooms talking loudly as they went, with kids running and dogs barking. We ignored it during the evening hours, but it continued till after midnight, and started up again by 6:30 the next morning. I tried to call the office and the phone just rang and rang, no answer. After multiple attempts I finally called the office, they said they would send security to check it out, but the problem continued, even after I spoke to the desk a 2nd time.
