This was a clean property with the exception of the floors (swept but not mopped in a while) and the shower was clean but stained, the only con was the window had no lock whatsoever so I rigged that. The staff was very friendly, it's right off the highway and nothing is out there so very peaceful.

Basic Motel with a trusted name providing basic amenities. The rooms are accommodating and clean with the smell of chlorine in the room and in the fresh sheets. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficent. The location is convenient for easy access on and off the I-10 freeway. It's an easy choice for an overnight stop along the highway for a reasonable price.
