"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Boat of Garten Holiday Let. The listing was comprehensive and accurate and the owners both professional and responsive. Everything was well organised and timely - the owners sent us check in information well in advance because of the Christmas holiday period which was appreciated. The owners had obviously taken great care when renovating and furnishing this holiday let - everything worked, heating & electrics were done to a high standard, furniture obviously new / looked after, well equipped kitchen and everything was spotlessly clean. There was a welcome folder and the owners encouraged holiday makers to contact them should any questions remain unanswered. The check out information was clear too. This is one of the best holiday lets we have stayed in and we really appreciated the welcome treat on arrival and other touches that don't cost much but are thoughtful and make the stay more comfortable - especially for parents! We would 100% recommend this property for a small family or couple. It's such a bonus that it's dog friendly too. Thank you for having us."

"This house is excellent for a family or group. It was comfortable and well laid out. Excellent local walks and attractions. Only improvements that could be made would be to touch up paint work and minor maintenance. "

"There were clear instructions from the host, and we found all the beds made with plenty of pillows, towels etc. The caravan quickly warms up when the heating is on and seemed better insulated than some. There were plenty of plates and cutlery, a good sized fridge for a mobile home, and small libraries of books and DVDs. We knew that the wi-fi was unlikely to work, although the park did have its own system for a modest daily charge, and the 4G mobile network locally is good. The children enjoyed exploring the field at the far end of the site, and we would love to return. The only downside was that our time there was too short."

"The property is in a great location, 10mins drive from Aviemore. The chalet is well equipped with all you can need. Very clean aand comfortable. King size bed, smarth TV and wifi. The site is nice and quiet as well as easy to find. We will definitely be staying again."

"Spring break. Freezing outside but lovely and warm and comfortable inside. Would have sat outside if had been warmer but the outlook was just lovely across the decking from inside. Nice lrivate outlook. Great place for exploring the area"
