First night at midnight I was awakened by an employee who let himself in and wa yelling at me to get out. He said I was to leave that afternoon when I had actually got there that day. Last day my door lock broke and I couldn’t get in and at that point I decided to check out and get another hotel

Roaches, loud all night music. I was there for work and I will not return. My microwave didn’t even work. No one serviced my room during my stay. Complete awful experience. No toilet paper at all in my room, towels were dirty, just not what I was expecting for Boca. AND then I received a text message to take out my own trash before I departed. The list could go on, but I’ll stop here. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

My worst experience so far staying at any hotel . Description said breakfast was included but only coffee was provided . The food had to be purchased . Also had to clean my own room because i did not request room service 24 hours prior . I was expecting a better experience . Especial when the property withholds a deposit for the stay and had to pay a higher (week end ) rate .

The room was extremely dirty. The fan had the thickest coat of dust on it. The towels were stained, the kitchen area was filthy, the curtains in the room were filthy, super outdated furniture, bed kept moving and the room smelled horrible.

When I got to the hotel to check in, The front desk said they couldn’t check me in. I had to check in online to give them all my information photos of drivers license, photos of myself, photo and license of the other person with me, list my credit card even though I had paid online… Online registration was difficult. It wouldn’t let me finish registering, very frustrating and time-consuming. Just wanted to get to my room like a normal hotel… I don’t think this was normal. The room was too cold and I tried to adjust the air conditioner, but it wouldn’t work. Would have liked to put the heat on, but that didn’t work either had to just unplug the air conditioner so we were cold all night. The bed was not comfortable and very noisy it seems the old springs woke me up every time I turned over. They asked me to clean up after myself and take out the garbage… That doesn’t seem like a normal hotel either. Didn’t enjoy my stay.
