Adequate room, terrible restaurant.
Room was ok, except for some awful smell coming from the bathroom the whole time. They seemed to be doing a lot of repairs. My teen daughter and I ate at the restaurant for breakfast and we were most dissatisfied with this. Server acted like we were an imposition…we were told “no” to just about everything we asked for; cappuccino machine not working, coffee lukewarm, server wouldn’t leave a carafe, asked for cream and sugar and she literally set down a container with zero sugar in it (asked a passing manager for some sugar), ordered egg whites, nope that can’t be done. When I finally said to her “are you kidding?!” To which she replies no, then when our order arrived it had undercooked egg whites! The food was terrible, the server the worst! We checked out a day early.

Recuperating from an injury n took a luxurious weekend at the Renaissance for some much need rest n pampering. Had take out at one of my favorite restaurants n bought 3 items at the one store I peeked in at the nearby Towne Center. All over the service, ambience n surroundings were wonderful. I look forward to returning.

The place and room was clean, quiet with comfortable beds. heater & aircon worked well and was also quiet. Clean bathroom, well lit, good water pressure, multi-spray shower head. Good all around stay!

Stayed here the night before our cruise in Ft Lauderdale. I needed to stop at the mall so we picked this location. It was raining the day we were there so couldn’t use the amenities but they looked very nice. The Meat Market is next door and is always great. Would definitely stay again

Im just leaving a message so you can improve. My room had few tiny roaches in bathroom and fire alarm was all covered with tape. Im not sure it would have worked in the event of a fire.
