Vorwegnehmend: Madame M. ist sehr freundlich. Einige Ärgernisse: Wir waren am Anreisetag um 13 Uhr am Haus, mussten uns aber, entgegen der Info auf FeWo, bis 18 Uhr warten, bis die Wohnung bezugsfertig war. Grill am Balkon war kaputt, Toaster auch. Durften Grill im Garten benutzen, war aber eher lästig wegen hin und her ... Haus und Einrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles in allem war das überhaupt kein Problem; viel Platz. Schlimm war der Lärm der Bundesstraße (100m) und auch auf der kleinen Zufahrtsstraße direkt vor dem Haus. Dort wird leider gerade privat ein Haus gebaut, und das bevorzugt samstags und sonntags, bzw. abends - ohne Rücksicht auf Verluste - d.h. mitunter: Betonmischmaschine am Sonntag ab 8.30 (...), kein Spaß, da auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken. Aber dafür können natürlich die Vermieter nichts. Da wir keine A/C-Freunde sind und gerne die Fenster und Türen offen haben, war der Lärm für uns - besonders nachts - echt ein Problem; es fühlte sich bei jedem LKW und Motorrad gerade so an, als führen sie direkt durch unser Wohnzimmer. Was uns (als Nicht-Katzenliebhaber) außerdem gestört hat, war der allgegenwärtige Geruch nach Katzenpipi, besonders im Treppenhaus, aber auch z.T. einfach so in der Luft liegend. Die Nähe zum Ort (zu Fuß 10 Min.) , zum Fluss (15 Min.) mit den vielen Gumpen, aber auch mit dem Auto zu den Ausgangsorten für viele Wanderungen usw. war sehr praktisch. Direkten Blick auf die Berge hat man nur durch ein WoZi-Fenster.

Gite tres agreable
Gite est parfait pour une famille, les chambres sont tres spacieuses et tres claires et deux donnent sur un grand balcon. La salle a manger/salon est tres agreable et a une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. L'appartement est au calme complet entoure des montagnes!! La proprietaire est d'une extreme gentillesse et est toujours disponible. Le village de Bocognano a 2mns est tres plaisant avec sa boulangerie, ses restaurants, son bar et autres petits commerces ainsi que son office du tourisme et son beau musee.

Super Panorama
Die Unterkunft liegt in einem herrlichen Ort, mit direkter Bademöglichkeit im Fluss, es gibt einen tollen Bäcker, eine Bar und eine super Pizzeria. Caroline ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und alle Absprechen haben super geklappt. Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist einfach unglaublich!

Schönes Häuschen in den Bergen
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, die Wohnung ist Teil eines Hauses in den Bergen. Es ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch, das Örtchen Bocognano hat eine gute Bäckerei und Metzgerei. Wir haben öfter abends gegrillt und konnten den schönen Garten nutzen. Caroline spricht nur Französisch, man kann sich aber auch mit Händen und Füßen verständigen. Es war alles genau wie angegeben und sehr unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen

Chouette localisation pour ce logement dans son jus
Agréablement accueillis par la propriétaire, ce logement situé au 1er étage au-dessus de chez elle est bien situé dans un agréable village proche de plusieurs chemins de balade/randonnée. Hors saison, il y fait frais, heureusement que deux chauffages d’appoint sont mis à disposition et la climatisation réversible fait son œuvre. L’équipement est suffisant, sans être de première jeunesse. Le coin est calme, on entend cependant les bruits de la maison.

La location est très spacieuse, confortable, la grande terrasse ombragée permet de bien profiter de l'extérieur. La propriétaire très agréable et accueillante. Plein de choses à découvrir à proximité (rivières, cascades, rando). Bref, un séjour parfait pour qui cherche à profiter de la nature corse avec confort.

Spacieux appartement Avec terrasse situé au premier étage d’une grande maison occupée par la propriétaire et son fils. Très beau jardin utilisable aussi. Nous avons très bien été accueillis. Literie confortable. A noter une petite erreur dans l’annonce il n’y a qu’une seule salle de bain ( mais pour nous, venus à 1 famille ce n’était absolument pas un problème ) La région est très belle, situation idéale pour le canyoning, les randonnées et baignades en rivière tout en ayant la plage possible . Nous avons passé une très belle semaine encore merci

Appartement confortable
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet appartement bien équipé. Malgré de fortes chaleurs, l'intérieur est frais et confortables. Il y a de nombreuses possibilités de promenades dans les environs, des cartes bien détaillées sont à disposition des vacanciers. La propriétaire et son fils sont discrets et très sympathiques, l'accueil est sincère et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis les bienvenus.

Gute Wohnung, aber mit fehlender Ausstattung
... die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und für 3 Paare bzw. einer Familie mit älteren Kindern ausreichend. Ein riesen Manko für uns: die Heizung funktionierte nicht! Trotz Heizstrahler als Ersatz war es sehr, sehr kalt und mit dem Fliesenboden hatten wir ständig eisige Füße. Die Heizung schien uns auch schon länger kaputt, wird aber bei der Ausstattung genannt. Das gleiche beim Kamin. Weiteres Problem: für unseren Sohn, der 1 ist, gab es kein Babybett. Die Vermieter sprechen kein Englisch, waren aber soweit hilfsbereit. Gegenüber wurde am Wochenende gebaut, störte uns aber nicht, weil wir tagsüber unterwegs waren.

Belle maison et accueil chaleureux
Belle maison de Maître avec de belles chambres dans un parc boisé, nous avons adoré la maison, une grande terrasse nous a permis de manger a l'extérieur tous les repas. La propriétaire est très accueillante et d'une grande gentillesse. C'est l'idéal pour de nombreuses excursions, proche du fameux GR20 ainsi que de Corte, Vizzavona, Monte d'Oro. Le train s'arrête dans le village, permettant d'aller a Corte, Ajaccio, Bastia ou l’île rousse.Le trajet est somptueux. Très belle découverte

Grande maison au calme avec terrasse agréable vu sur la montagne. Propriétaire très gentille, disponible et à notre écoute. Cependant, la maison est vétuste (ses ouvertures et son équipement) et mal entretenu (vaisselle, ménage). Rapport qualité/prix très élevé.
