The views around the property are incredible and breakfast is lovely. You will want to drive a car here, however because a taxi to and from the hotel is very expensive. And you will want to go elsewhere for food as the hotel restaurant was fully booked our entire stay (5 nights). The food at the hotel cafe is also expensive. Additionally, you cannot control the window shades and sometimes it gets very sunny and your room will get very hot. Loved that the bathroom floors were heated and evaporated the shower water relatively quickly. Nice that you can use the gym, but pool and sauna must be booked separately. Hiking trails surrounding the hotel are great. Trailheads are a few minutes walk from the lobby in either direction.

Hotellet var fint, men trakk veldig ned at det ikke gikk an å få ned temperaturen på rommet. Snakket med resepsjonen og jeg var ikke første som hadde reagert på dette. Endte opp med å måtte ha døren åpen ut til gangen for å få ghennomtrekk…ellers var hotellet fint, men hvis man vil gå i byen er det for langt unna.

Very new hotel and it was finding its way. It was difficult to get a table at the restaurant and you had t pay extra for using the pool area. The staff at the reception was helpful. The atmosphere could be more cosy, especially in the restaurant and at breakfast instead of just being correct and distant.

Luksushotell, men gjerrig?
Et fint hotell som har en utrolig fin utsikt, men oppleves som noe gjerrig. Klager blir heldigvis tatt seriøst, men servicen for å rette opp inntrykket er mangelfullt. Renhold på badet var dårlig ved ankomst og mini-bar var manglende, noe som ble tatt hånd om på en grei måte. Etter et spesielt arrangement på hotellet var det mye som ikke fungerte og opprydningen holdt meg våken til kl 03:00 på natten. Klagen ble møtt med hoflighet, men det var en noe gjerrig respons for å rette opp inntrykket med kun et kort og en øl. Dette syns jeg er trist med tanke på hvor mye penger jeg betaler for å sove. Luksushotell er fint, men da burde det forventes bedre service og tilbud som går over forventningene for å rette opp dårlig oppførsel fra hotellets egne ansatte. Heldigvis var maten på restauranten god og betjeningen i resepsjonen elskverdig og imøtekommende!

Vi fik heldigvis byttet vores værelse på 6. Til 4. Sal pga larm fra ventilationsanlægget, der støjede, men var mere afdæmpet på 4. Sal, men umiddelbart er noget galt med anlægget🤔Ellers var alt fint!

Fantastisk utsikt
Utsikten er rett og slett spektakulær. Uansett om man ser ut over fjell, by eller hav. Deilige, faste senger. Fantastisk service. Deilig frokost. Skulle ønske jeg hadde tatt med badedrakten. Bassenget ligger nydelig til på taket med nydelig utsikt.
