We had a good time there.The staff was very helpful and friendly.As it’s quite hot these days the Air conditioner of our room didn’t work properly and also the cleanliness could have been improved. The room condition specially bathrooms could be improved significantly.

While our stay on second day our room didn’t get cleaned , on our request they cleaned our room but didn’t provide us towels , when inquired we got to know hotel was short of towels and there was no room service manager available to talk to . Reception guy was rude and was saying it’s not his fault his job is just to take care of reception. At 730 pm they finally gave towels

Convenient enough, prefer to eat outside though
Overall Convenient and nice size of pool with water slider, but foods were not so satisfied enough. Access: 4 very convenient access to Port for sea activity/cruise. To Main Street is also walking distance. Food: 2 Not too many variation but mostly local food. We Went out for almost all lunch and dinner. It was relief to have food at hotels with snack time (fried food, cakes) if you stay hotel but unless special reason we preferred to go out Service: 4 During the stay, a couple of troubles (toilet flush x2, water stop) but all have been solved very quickly Cleanness: 3 Generally cleaned well

Filthy, unsanitary, rude and inhabitable!!!
Unfortunately, I just checked in and out of the hotel because of the terrible and unsanitary conditions in the room. There was a terrible and unbearable smell in the room. The staff was rude and unwelcoming, leaving us no option but to leave the hotel and find a different accommodation in Bodrum. I and my wife requested to be relieved of any payment for the reservation in order to be able to pay the substituting accommodation, but the hotel manager was rude in his refusal. We will demand our money back and conflict resolution under hotels.com mediation.
