The Bianka Apartment is a building consisting of 11 apartments. Each apartment has a separate entrance. All apartments have their own kitchen and private bathroom. 5 ground floor apartments, 5 upstairs apartments and 1 attic apartment.

We provide parking for 1 car in a closed yard for each apartment. Several cars can park on the street. Buses can also park in the closed parking lot.

Behind the building there is a huge enclosed grassy area with a barbecue area designed for garden grilling and cooking. With comfortable and shady garden cottages where you can sit down to eat.
There is a playground and a sandpit for children in the yard.

A community space can be used for events, which can comfortably accommodate 60 people. Tables and chairs are available.
