Very disappointed!
Pillows were hard and thick. No warm or hot water in the shower. Bed linen didn’t feel fresh and clean, lighting in room was not bright enough to be able to check. No washcloths, soap for sink or coffee….basic necessities for most travelers :(( I was very impressed with the young man that handled my reservation. He was well mannered and respectful even though I was upset due to a miss-understanding related to the way I booked my reservation online.

Dirty and Unsafe!
Sheets had hair of all sizes everywhere. Sheets also had stains and smelled lime ghey hadnt been washed. Door did not lock which mDe me question safety. I attempted to call reception to let them know of the condition, but the phone did not work. When I looked up at the wall where phone was, there seemed to be blood splatter. Ladies at reception were not accomodating and seemed bothered when I brought up my concerns. Communication was terrible. I had to wait almost 40 minutes for an answer and a refund. Do not recommend.

Very good hotel, the staff was excellent, nice, courteous, helpful and friendly. Food was good. The room was comfortable, it was for three people, three beds but only two towels!! (??) . The linens were clean, but the decorative pillows smelled bad. I really liked it, I would come back, for sure!!

The hotel is a 3 1/2 star place and with a little extra attention could be 4 stars. The 6 floor Superior suite with 2 rooms and terrace WiFi is almost non existence. There was only 1 chair in the suite and the only TV was in the bedroom. The hot water was not well regulated. It would go from cold to scolding without adjusting. The kitchen was not well stocked. No dish cloths, no coffee maker or blender. No salt or pepper. If these small items are handled the hotel would be 4 stars. The entire staff is superior. The restaurant staff and all other staff are very caring, courtesy, and professional. If you don't speak Spanish well, no problem the staff can handle your request. I would stay there again.

This was my second visit, I can not praise this hotel enough. Very clean, comfortable, just perfect. The breakfasts were fantastic. The restaurant staff were again fantastic. Next time I am in Bogota I will definitely stay here.

Best hotel ever, i booked it for 5 days end up staying 10, best staff in the world, in the morning cheff cristian will make you the best colombia breakfast you’ll ever have, the caldo de costilla (rib soup) will wake you up and energize you for a busy day, nicole, and camilo will welcome you with a beautiful smile and a friendly face, lissete, leidy, Karen and Sebastian will bend over backwards to take care of your needs, never felt more at home in here and everyone makes you feel special, loved it, form now on this is the only place ill book when i come visit to bogota thank you guys for everything

The room is clean and well lit. Bed is very comfortable. We did notice a few things not working in the room on our first night like the big glass bathroom door and hair dryer, but the management fixed them immediately the next day. The kitchenette was convenient if you want to fix a quick bite! The hotel itself is walking distance to grocery store, a big convention center and many street side stores selling local foods and drinks. Overall, it was a good stay.
