A very bad experience at Hampton Bogotá My son and I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. We spent a terrible night with an overwhelming cold in the room. Despite having the heating on, the temperature never rose, and the blankets never warmed up. In fact, we woke up to only 11°C (52°F) in the room. The cold was so intense that we both ended up with respiratory issues, including an asthma attack during the night. It's unfortunate that a hotel of this category couldn't ensure basic comfort conditions, especially since the health and well-being of guests should be a top priority. We will not stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Bogotá.

I was disappointed how slow and uncertain their airport shuttle service. The front desk was not cordial in providing service. I waited for about 40mins standing in line to check, and no apologies were spoken. Poor service. Would not recommend and no longer will book accommodations with this hotel.
