Eu gostei muito da política do hotel em não cobrar pela antecipação do check in pelo fato do quarto estar vago, assim me pareceu. Os funcionários sempre muito gentis e atenciosos. Café da manhã bom, quarto confortável e com boa localização, perto dos principais pontos turísticos.

Fue una estadía placentera y corta. Quedé muy satisfecha con todo, sólo que de cambiar una pequeña cosa, sería la variedad en el buffet de desayuno. Se entiende que no es un hotel grande, pero podrían disponer de más platillos o variarlos para que no se repita el mismo menú un día tras otro. También deberían reponer las bandejas una vez se va acabando la comida. De sabor la comida estaba muy rica, el chocolate caliente es el mejor que he probado en un hotel, sólo reforzar los puntos ya señalados arriba. De volver a Bogotá, definitivamente me volvería a quedar en el Dann 19♥

La habitación estaba limpia y muy cómoda. La comida en el restaurante no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado. El personal del restaurante no fue muy atento. El frente del hotel da hacia una avenida bastante concurrida. Aunque estaba limpio una vez se entraba al hotel, en las afueras no se veía muy agradable.

Hotel Dan av19 was renovated since i stayed there long ago, its nice now, it is easy to walk around, maybe the only thing they can upgrade is the breakfast. But all in all it was very good.

Perfectly satisfactory hotel in downtown Bogotá
Hotel Dann was perfectly satisfactory place to stay in Bogota. The staff made an effort to make guests feel welcomed and valued. Even though it can be difficult to communicate for those non Spanish speakers. The Room and Hotel grounds for the most part were clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Some of the furniture has seen better days, but we’re functional. It’s centrally located and within walking distance from most of the attractions in the downtown area. It seemed fairly safe during the day, but around 6-7pm most businesses, shops and restaurants close. So área might feel a bit sketchy after dark and you might find it hard to find places places for dinner or entertainment after dark without leaving the neighborhood.
