Nice hotel, clean, pillows not comfortable at all, customer service good but i called prior to booking to check on parking my car there while in mexico i was told no charge because i was staying there before and after traveling to mexico, but when there in person was told there is a fee, clear truthfulness would have been great,

Ladies at checkin and checkout were again awesome even saying we have bacon for breakfast, my favorite. Our new BOISE motel! Only wish more eco friendly. One of our favorite motels in Montana switched to shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash station. Boss said cost up front quickly recovered and still saving money on housekeeping, ordering, storage, etc. They also got rid of plastic cups favoring paper. They have kids and are concerned v for their future. Again, really made to feel welcome and heard by your staff. Thx!

They didnt tell me the hot tub wasnt working properly when i made reservation. They did not properly assist me with my rervation issue and the heater in our room w ood shut off occasionaly and would blow cold air

Convenient location for visiting Boise. Unfortunately, several issues with building maintenance that show me management isn't concerned with promoting an accurate property. One door lock always locked (card reader wouldn't work) so people block the door. Hotel knows and not fixing, also the Hot Tub heater not working. Again, apparently this isn't important as hotel knows and says "it's not cold enough to close the pool." Well, gee... You go sit in it! The only bright part was when I brought to their attention the American Flag was tangled in a tree, they immediately went to address that. Hope they actually trim the tree soon.
