Room was ok, the best part was the comfortable bed and clean linens. Overall, the room needed a serious deep clean. The couch was really dirty as was the carpet.

I have stayed here several times. Bottom line is it is a Good value. Close to the airport and downtown. A few things that could be improved. The front desk guy, while efficient was not super polite. The phone in the room was not working. I mentioned this two the evening and morning desk people Neither apologized or took any kind of ownership ("guests plug them into the wrong outlet...." WHY DON"T YOU PLUG THEM INTO THE CORRECT OUTLET when you clean the rooms?! The heating/AC units are loud. Smart TV would be nice.
