I have stayed here several times. Bottom line is it is a Good value. Close to the airport and downtown. A few things that could be improved. The front desk guy, while efficient was not super polite. The phone in the room was not working. I mentioned this two the evening and morning desk people Neither apologized or took any kind of ownership ("guests plug them into the wrong outlet...." WHY DON"T YOU PLUG THEM INTO THE CORRECT OUTLET when you clean the rooms?! The heating/AC units are loud. Smart TV would be nice.

Room smelled dank. Safety latch on door broken off. Jacuzzi tub filthy! After having it addressed with front desk, there was no one on site to rectify situation. A maintenance man was called in to clean it while we went to dinner. When we got back, assuming jacuzzi cleaned, got in tub only to find after being in it for several minutes, there was filth piling up around us!! We were very disgusted! The coffee &/ or creamer made my wife extremely sick… had no idea if creamer possibly outdated as no one knew how to check.There was a thick layer of dust in vent in bathroom so no actual ventilation. Bathroom walls had what appeared to be several drops of dried blood or boogers. Safe didn’t work. Large crack running down mirrored closet doors. Mattress had very large sunk areas making comfort impossible. Multiple stains on carpet throughout room.

Had an AMAZING time at Comfort Inn. The service was wonderful! Our room was big, clean, smelled amazing. Breakfast was a large selection with everything fresh & tasted great! Only 1 negative was the mattress on bed was hard and could tell its an older model. Woke up sore. Other than that 5 star rating! Thanks so much!

Felt like the staff wasn’t very friendly at check in. Carpet was dirty in our room and possible mold ( black area on ceiling) in bathroom. The price was good but might of been worth $29 more to try a different location.

Overnight stay
Pool and hot tub was great. Sauna was broken. The pull out bed was stained really bad and had no sheets or blankets. When i went to the front desk she was nice about it but just said they do get stained and they dont put sheets or blankets on them and asked me if would like sheets and blankets. Breakfeast was great howevee we were down there by 8 and there was only one biscuit left and they didnt make anymore. There was other food. They asked my girls to go back to their rooms and put their shoes on because it wasnt sanitary their policy is you wear shoes. I didnt see that their on the policy when i checked in and there was no sign that i saw. Mind you my girls didnt have shoes on because they have special needs and its hard to get them to always wesr shoes. My girls did comply though. Their were other kids without shoes on but nothing was said to them. They were little kids though. All in all it wasnt a bad stay just the few minor things.
