Loved the big room we were given but unfortunately the toilet and blinds malfunctioned so we had to move to the room next door. Still very nice accommodations and friendly staff. There were times when no staff was available, which happened at check in. We just had to wait until they returned about 10 minutes later.

There was one staff lady at the front desk was excellent. We did 10 days at the hotel asked many times to have our room cleaned. Not once was this done in our whole stay.
