This is the third time we’ve stayed here and it gets worse each time. They definitely get 1 star for cleanliness. Spots on the floor, main hallways were filthy the entire time we were there, pool was dirty, wallpaper peeling, hot breakfast was gross. Never again!

Fire alarm issues
The hotel itself was great. Clean rooms ,nice amenities and wonderful staff. But qe stayed 2 nights and the fire alarm went off bith times while we were sleeping. Had to walk down in thr middle of the night and wait to go back to bed. Thr hotel didnt offer sny compensation for thr inconvenience, and not even an apology. Never did find out why. But there was no fire

We got the Suite with 1 King bed in one room and 2 twin beds in another room. It was nice and roomy. But the carpet felt dirty (walked barefoot), like it needs a wash, not just vacuumed. One of the TV in the room (the receiver) didn't work.
