Room, service and personnel were friendly with others being helpful from a billing error issue from a 3rd party booking site. We enjoyed the clean 3 bed family room on the 1st floor while being allowed to keep our family dog with us ( $25/night). The included breakfast was a bonus that was used for 2 mornings. BE SURE TO TIP THE HELP FOR KEEPING THINGS HOT AND READY! This was our first stay with this brand and based on their performance, we will most certainly book a stay here in the future.

A lot of road noise from the interstate. If you stay at one of the motels on Vista north of the interstate you will avoid this. There was a weird beeping sound emanating from the HVAC unit or maybe the phone. This woke us up several times at night.

Clean, comfortable and the price is right. Nice breakfast buffet (cheese omlets, sausage, fried potatoes and the usual extras - waffles, fruit, cereal and great coffee.). Convenient freeway access.

It was good. Check in was smooth. Tv didnt work and circuit breaker teiped during the night so had limited power but was fixed immediately in a friendly professionally. Breakfast was really more than i expected and was very pleased.

A few hiccups...but I would probably stay again
The day I check-in there was only one person working the property. She did her best trying to keep up but there were numerous guests waiting to check-in and she was trying to manage everything by herself. They replaced our room key numerous times but it never did work. The beds were comfortable. While there were some issues, I think it was out of the norm, and I would probably stay there again. It's very convenient to the airport. I was glad the hotel had a shuttle to the airport, which we used.
