The overall outward appearance of facility and grounds were good. The room overall was clean with the following exceptions 1. Office Chair arm rest was broken (picture provided) 2. Bathroom Shower stall had mold growing in a number of locations (picture provided). While I otherwise might have endorsed this facility, I cannot given the significance of health related concerns assoicated with the presence of mold.

The rooms needed more attention. Our sink faucet broke---just snapped off. They moved us to the next room---that was fine except the drapes were sort of hanging on one side. Appeared to me that there was not much quality control in the rooms. The staff were very nice, the breakfast was fine. Just---the rooms looked like they needed more supervision.

Staff was incredibly nice but the room was dirty and hotel needs some serious deep cleaning and remodeling. Hotel was in a great location so a good remodel could be a good investment.

Staff was very nice, and kids liked the breakfast Buffett. Front lobby and exterior is as pictured. Rooms were unfortunately not as nice in person as they look online. The local phone number provided to call in advance for things like late check in is not answered and has no way to leave a message. This made it hard to confirm a late arrival time. I had to try multiple times/different days to reach someone until I finally just called the national booking line and stayed on hold for a long time while they reached someone for me. Upstairs Hallways and the Rooms could use a refresh (new carpet, new paint, new pillows, clean bathroom caulking without mold, etc). We liked the location, but probably will not stay again.

Wish we had a better experience
From the moment we hot to rhe door and our key cards wouldnt work started issues. We had to go to the front desk at leasr once a day to fix key cards. The toilet continually flushed unless you fidgeted with the handle, the bed was completely uncomfortable. Our suite was directly in front of the elevator so every morning we were woke up to dogs barking or people coming in late being very loud. Hot tub was also out of commission. The only positive was the location.
