This place is not well staffed. There were at least eight people lined up to check in, at 3 PM when Management knows a lot of people are going to be checking in. However there was just one person serving customers while numerous office/management people walked by completely oblivious. At one point I needed a glass I asked the bartender for one and he would not give me one. I’m OK

This was a terrible experience. They were always too busy to assist, and nobody answered the phone when I called from my room. The toilet didn't work. The thermostat was hanging out of the wall and stuck on 85 so I had to leave the slide door open. There was hair stuck to the shower wall in several places and I tripped on a hole out front that was dug by a dog or something and poorly lit.

It should be said that this property is also a homeless shelter. Why not say that on your listening? We were traveling with kids and would have chosen to stay somewhere else had we known this. When we pulled up there was a person obviously on drugs walking around the front picking up used cigarettes. We tried canceling our reservation prior to check in and the manager would not get back to us. They still have not gotten back to us and now we will be out $150 but we didn’t feel good about leaving our vehicle there with things in it as we are traveling right now. We saw the condition and the location and knew we wouldn’t stay there and tried canceling prior to check in but the manager has been unreachable and they are the only one to allow a refund.

Avoid this hotel at all cost. Extremely run down property, very filthy hotel rooms, hallways, outside property all in need of a deep cleaning. Plenty of dogs inside lobby area and ready to grab your sausage from you in the breakfast area. Boise is beautiful this hotel is not.

We had a fire alarm at 10 pm, I know this is not the Hotels fault, at 2 am someone walked into our room, he was given a access card, could not sleep after that, I left 3 messages for the hotel manager and never received a call back.

My room was very clean. It seemed very tired and worn. Of the five lights in the fixture in the bathroom, only one worked. I asked for it to be fixed. It was not. The shower was pleasantly awesome. The towels and linens were clean and fresh. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. For the price I paid, not worth it. This hotel is located in a seedy part of Boise.
