Everything was fine except keys & front desk help. The first set of keys didn’t work on the outside door. Then, I went into the hall to make a call & my key didn’t work to get back in. I had to go clear back to the front desk, I was at the opposite end downstairs. First I couldn’t find my way because I didn’t know the lobby was on the 2nd floor. Once I figured that out, there was no one anywhere in the office or at the front desk. I waited 10 min, trying to find someone on the hotel phone. When the man finally appeared he was rude & unfriendly & told me to get on the other side of the desk as I was trying to explain why I was there. He gruffly got me my new keys & I left. I could have taken anything I wanted out of the office & little store, he was gone so long!

Dirty. Would never recommend.
Disgusting. So dirty. They switched our room after the first one, and the second was worse. The pictures are of the pull out. It didn’t even have a sheet on it.

The Staff was so wonderful. But Nick was exceptional, he gave us recommendations for eating and things to so around Boise that were kids friendly. I would definitely stay here again if i ever go back to Boise.

The staff here are amazing. They were so helpful and so kind. I am crazy about my pillows and can never find firm hotel pillows, but they had them. Room was huge, clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

I loved the fact that this is so close to the highway, near the airport, and in the parking lot of a TA. Everything is clean and people are friendly. I flew in from New England on business and would seek this property out on all future visits to Boise. Thank you!

Very nice staff. Rooms felt clean. Location has very loud freeway noises if you are in the rooms on the freeway side of the buildings like we were. They must know it's a concern because put out ear plugs in the rooms (not a good solution for those needing to hear an alarm clock in the morning). Better sound proofing / windows would be a better solution.

Not like pictures and time to check out online was 12pm, but inside said 11am. And we had a knock on door twice b4 we left. Also jacuzzi inside was dirty and jets didn't do much. Breakfast was ok. Bacon not cooked well and no cereals were plain, only sugar coated. Fruit was the best!
