Box spring for the bed was broken. Not just a little bit, the entire left side of the frame was destroyed. I noticed because when i sat on it, i sank quite a bit and it made a weird noise. The fridge was also not working. Initiallyit was turned off, i had to pull it out of its cubby to turn it on. I realizedquicklythat the compressor was dead. Front desk was not helpful, and seemed as if they did not have the authority to do anything. I had to wait for graveyard shift to arrive to come and look at the issues. When they finally came, (not sure if they didnt believe me or what) they said theyd be back. I overheard one of them say they were booked and had no rooms. I made reservations elsewhere while i waited 15 or so minutes for them to come back. I have no idea what they went and did for those 15 minutes. As soon as i told them i wouldnt be staying they said ok, and that they were sorry. I was not offered a refund, they didnt say if theyd found me other accommodations/solution, i have not heard from the hotel or a manager whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed as i had stayed her a few times before without issue. I will not return here. I am requesting a refund, and will dispute the charges with my credit card company!

It's a little noisy due to the proximity to the interstate, but that also makes it pretty convenient to access. The breakfast was good, with both hot and cold options. One major downfall was the heater in the room rattled a lot and was constantly kicking on and off until I took the cover off. This solved the rattle and allowed it to breathe better, but it was obvious that it had probably never been cleaned.

The property was advertised as smoke free. They make an attempt to mask the odor but throughout the facilty you can see stains on the walls/blinds, and smell the cigarettes. Our room had holes in the walls and the room door. The room we were given upon arrival had water dripping out of a light fixture inside the shower. Not impressed with the property, needs renovations badly

Terrible! No room available. Sleep Inn did not recognize my confirmation even after i called ahead to confirm late arrival. Did not even offer help to find another hotel when i arrived at 1130pm.

When arriving, the hotel lobby had a very strong PineSol odor, very overpowering. We were given an even numbered room, which turns out faces the busy freeway about 200-300 feet away. You could hear the sound of cars and trucks all through the night. For just one night was okay, otherwise I would recommend requesting an odd numbered room!

Great price great service

Nice room. Spacious. Great AC and heating. Breakfast was ok. Simple and quick if you need to get out the door fast for business or family outing. The bed was a little uncomfortable. Still got enough sleep.
