Ok so i will start this with, if i could give less than one star on some areas of critique., i would. I am very unhappy with super 8 Boise on Elder St. We have a great dane mastiff ESA and shes big. About 110-115 lbs of pure puppy love and affection. Non destructive. Afraid of her own shadow. Ok get the point? We stayed for 2 consecutive weeks, with our pup, Harley. We had her with us when we checked in, and we obviously had to take her with us. We signed pet agreement and paid fees. Then last night, i book another week. I come down heading to work this morning, remind the front desk staff that we intended on staying anotber week and they canceled my stay, stating that because she's over 50 lbs we can't have her here?! ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW, BECAUSE UNLESS YOU ARE BLIND OR DUMB, YOUVE SEEN HARLEY, YOU HAVE CAMERAS EVERYWHERE. I didn't catch the old lady's name because i was so upset. ESA's may not have the same privilege as a service animal. Thats ok, we will gi elsewhere, i thought super 8 could have been better than the other hotels surrounding the boise airport. If you know you know. Never again. Dont stay here. Your'e lucky if you get housekeeping services. And Yes, i have been putting that request in my notes, along with dog information. I requested hk services every other day. Practically had to beg for fresh towels.

Paid in full for three nights. Wasn't allowed to check in because didn't have a credit card they would accept for $50 deposit. They wouldn't even accept cash or a virtual card. I am still waiting for a refund. We stayed at a different hotel across the street that accepted cash

Good, serviceable room.
I found it clean and comfortable. The room could definitely use some updating, but that didnt take away from my stay. Only one complaint: the sink was VERY slow to drain. The woman at check-in was very nice and professional.

Worst Hotel EVER
I found a dirty, old band aid in between my comforter and sheets. Do i need to say more? Honestly, take this from my experience, spend 15$ more and stay ANYWHERE else. Unless you dig drug dealers showing up for 5 minutes in the parking lot to deliver, random bangs in the night, a door that has scars of being kicked in, or 100$ in pet fees for a disgusting room. Seriously, do NOT stay here.
