Whenever I stay at a property, I’m sure to check that it is ADA accessible and also has clear access to a working elevator. I will even call the property and ask. This one listed an elevator, but what you must know is that you have to go down about Five steps to get to an elevator to go back up to each of the floors with rooms. There is zero wheelchair access to the elevators.

Never staying at this super 8 again- as a consumer you think a franchise sets a standard for its business company wide. When i stay at a super 8, i expect small simple ammenities. No coffee pot in room, some one elses hair in the bathtub, and only waffles for breakfast for the hot options? Not the standard super 8 in montana has set. I would not have booked if i had been aware there was a 50$ deposit upon my arrival. a deposit secures and holds down a service.....how is it still a deposit if im physically standing there? Would've rather just been told hidden fees upon arrival. Maybe thats a recent policy change, but ive never paid over 100$ for a room with super 8. Back to motel 6 i guess.

Another great experience
Friendly staff that made check in a breeze. Quiet, clean, comfortable room. Was missing a few things that I didnt need but letting staff know I had replacements within 15 minutes of my call to the desk. Great pool area that can be used year round. Cute, clean breakfast room with multiple options for breakfast including two different waffle batter flavors and 2 different waffle types (one large vs. 4 small) Over all a great experience for a quick stay.

Worst XMas EVER!!!
We had throw pillows on our bed for sleeping pillows, we had no television, as apparently, they have satellite, and the wind knocked it out. The pool, while indoors, was locked. When i asked the front desk personnel, (whos badge said, "proudly employed at this location for 4 years), he wasnt even aware thry had a pool. Out of the 3 nights we were there, I had to have my keys for the room re-keyed 15 times!! 3 times before i could even get in the room after check-in!
