Adjoining the owners' house, the Gîte du Ponteil is an old agricultural outbuilding made of local stone with pleasantly flowered outdoor spaces in the heart of a rural village.
Nearby: Péché pond 3 km away and a play area in the trees (from 3 years old) 1.5 km away, medieval villages of St-Pal-en-Chalencon (6 km) and St-André-de-Chalencon (14 km), Chalencon castle 5 km away. All shops and services in Craponne-sur-Arzon (15 km). Bakery and grocery store in Tiranges 2 km away. The ground floor consists of a living room with equipped kitchen area opening onto a 25 m² terrace, a toilet with washbasin and a lounge (TV, pellet stove) fitted out below with a large bay window opening onto a closed terrace (18 m²).
Directly accessible from the outside, a bedroom (1 double bed) is also located on the ground floor and has a private bathroom with toilet.
